The Tłichǫ Use Plan will come into effect on June 1, 2013. At that time the moratorium on Tłichǫ Lands will be lifted and Tłichǫ will start considering proposals and applications for uses on Tłichǫ Lands.GIS note - In order to map conservation zones /areas please use these zones:Tłichǫ land protection zones (Habitat Management Zone= CA, Cultural Heritage Zone= CA, Land Use Exclusion Area = protected area)",
