This data is used to represent the lines that correspond to transportation features within each community of the Northwest Territories. It provides a base to be used for land management purposes in representing the transportation features within the communities. This data set is not to be used for defining the exact location of transportation features; administrative decisions should be based on legal documents and legal survey plans.
Transportation Lines: This data represents such features as roads (asphalt, gravel, closed, access), sidewalks, curbs, trails, parking lots, railways, runways and airstrips within each community of the Northwest Territories.
