The Horned Grebe range map has been compiled from the most current data as of December 2015. Extensive point observation data collected by the Canadian Wildlife Service helped to identify breeding ranges for Migratory Bird Species at Risk in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (Nature Serve, GNWT, Wildspace, NWT-NU Bird Checklist Survey, 2008, L. Armer & C. Machtans, 2008, Ebird 2014, S. Hache & R. Pankratz, 2014). |
